FAQ
24/7 line maintenance
Keeping every connection at its best
The network changes fast, and our engineering team keeps pace: replacing old nodes, deploying new ones, rotating IPs and tuning protocol settings. This is what keeps your service stable, and it's what we do every day. Updating your subscription brings the latest maintenance work to your device.
Can't connect or running slow?
Update your subscription first — it fixes 90% of connection issues
Three steps:
- Buy a plan → choose a plan on the Plans page and pay. After payment you're taken to your Account, where your subscription link is waiting.
- Download a client → in your Account, under "Client downloads", get the client for your device (Shadowrocket / Clash, etc.).
- Import your subscription link → copy the link, paste it into the client's "Add subscription", update once, and your nodes appear.
Windows, macOS, Android and iOS are all supported; guides for each system are under "Client downloads" in your Account.
One subscription allows up to 3 devices online at the same time, of any type — mix phones, computers and tablets freely.
Yes, but there's no separate sign-up. Enter your email at checkout; your account is created automatically after payment and the login details are sent to that email.
Yes. Install the client on the new device and set it up with the same subscription link — no need to buy again.
The network changes fast and we maintain our lines 24/7, but these changes don't sync to your client automatically — you need to "Update subscription" manually to pull the latest state. If something goes wrong, check in this order:
Tried all of the above? When you contact support, include your account email and a screenshot of the error so we can check quickly.
Updating needs to reach our server, so it may fail if your current network interferes:
- Make sure Global Acceleration is disconnected before updating
- Switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)
- Wait until the client shows "Updated successfully" — don't close it straight away
- You haven't bought a subscription yet
- Your subscription has expired (the node list is cleared on expiry)
- You renewed but haven't updated the subscription in the client yet (tap "Update" once)
Log in to your Account to check your expiry date.
If you've renewed and updated but still see no nodes, email support@ssrocket.com and we'll sort it out.
First make sure Global Acceleration is connected. If it is and the site still won't load:
- The site or app itself is down or under maintenance
- The service only allows certain regions (IP allowlist) — unrelated to Global Acceleration
- Try a node in a different region
The client shows your live speed. When no data is being sent or received, 0 is normal and doesn't mean you're disconnected — like a pipe with no water flowing through it.
- View and copy your subscription link
- Download client apps and guides
- Check your expiry date
- Renew or upgrade your plan
- Contact email support
It stays valid for as long as your subscription is active. When it expires the nodes stop working; after you renew, update the subscription once in your client and service resumes. If there are still no nodes after updating, email support@ssrocket.com and we'll sort it out.
Renew in the shop or your Account; the time is added on automatically. After renewing, refresh your Account to confirm the new expiry date, then update the subscription once in your client.
Exactly from the moment of purchase. For example, one month bought at 19:00 on March 1 runs until 19:00 on April 1.
No. You only need your account (email) and subscription link — nothing is tied to a phone number or payment device.
We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and USDT.
Prices are shown in US dollars; with Alipay or WeChat Pay you scan and pay the RMB amount shown on the payment page.
USDT payments are confirmed manually and, because of time zones, can take up to 12 hours.
Most orders activate automatically after payment, and your subscription link appears in your Account. A few cases take a little longer:
- USDT payments are confirmed manually, which can take up to about 12 hours;
- A small number of orders need to be set up for you individually — we'll finish within 24 hours and email you;
- If an Alipay / WeChat Pay payment didn't go through, the order stays valid for 7 days and you can return to it to pay.
First purchases can request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Email support@ssrocket.com with your payment email and order number; we refund to the original payment method, which takes about 1–10 business days depending on the method.
Renewals and repeat purchases are not refundable.
- Global Acceleration (from $5.99/month): reach websites and apps worldwide for everyday browsing, video and social media.
- Global Acceleration Pro (from $9/month): Global Acceleration plus dedicated lines — for video calls, live streaming and other uses that need stability.
- China Access (from $5/month): China-bound nodes only — for people abroad who just need Chinese websites and apps (video, music, banking, etc.).
Not sure which to pick? Contact support first.
No — a subscription is for your own use only. To buy for someone else, create a separate account with a new email.
No. BitTorrent-type downloads are detected by our traffic system and lead to permanent suspension, with no reinstatement or refund.
Check whether an app on your device is using the network silently in the background (some utility apps sync data in the background). This is more common on non-stock Android devices and unlicensed Windows.
Yes — switching nodes changes your IP. Prefer nodes in the same region (e.g. Hong Kong 1 → Hong Kong 2); frequent switching between regions may be flagged as unusual by some websites.
Yes, any client that supports the protocol will work. We recommend our suggested clients — clients from unknown sources are a security risk, and we can't provide support for third-party clients.
Subscription link
The personal link in your Account, https://s1ub.cc/sub.php?t=…. Copy it into your client to get all your nodes. It's unique to you — don't share it.
Update subscription
How the client pulls the latest node list from the server using your subscription link. Set it up once, then update regularly — about once a week.
Node / server
The relay server between your device and the internet, e.g. "Japan Osaka 9" or "US Los Angeles 11". Your Account shows the current list; if one times out, pick another.
Client app
The app on your device for connecting, e.g. Shadowrocket (iOS) or Clash (multi-platform). The client has no nodes of its own — import your subscription link to load them.
Latency test
A client feature that measures how fast each node responds — lower is better. "timeout" means the node is unavailable right now; pick another.
Subscription server
The server that provides your node list, shown in the client as ssrocket or s1ub. It manages and delivers node settings; it isn't a Global Acceleration node itself.
